In accordance with the IOBSE Bylaws, a 2010 Nomination Committee has been formed to conduct the election for National IOBSE Officers. The Nominating Committee is seeking candidates for the Election of Officers, for the 2011-2012 service years. The Election will include the seven positions listed below. A copy of the Duties of Officers is attached for your reference. The official open nomination period begins on July, 20  2010 and continues through to July 30, 2010.

·         2^nd Vice President

·         Secretary

·         Treasurer

·         Financial Secretary

·         Sgt-At-Arms

 The nomination process includes both floor nominations and self nominations. Nominations can be made via email or fax to the undersigned. At the close of the nomination period, the Committee will approve the final ballot and list of nominees.

 The Deadline for Nominations is July 30, 2010. All candidates must be an IOBSE member in good standing prior to the approval of the final ballot by the Nomination Committee.  Membership Applications and Renewal Forms are attached for the convenience of candidates and members, and may be faxed to: 1.888.884.6273 or mailed to P.O. Box 1521, Alameda, CA  94501.
